Pat is the founder of the website, SmartPassiveIncome.com, and he also runs 5 podcasts (that's right 5) including Smart Passive Income, Ask Pat, and even one about food trucks.

Pat regularly does multiple six-figures in income each month which is really not too shabby.

Pat happens to be a massive super-fan of the "Back to the Future" franchise which we discuss on the show. In fact, we talk about what it means to be a super-fan and Pat shares that he has a new book aptly titled "Superfans" which releases in August (a total coincidence). A super-fan in business is a loyal customer that listens to all your podcasts, reads all your blogs, buys all your products, and raves about you to their friends and family WITHOUT being paid. Pat credits his super-fans as a key reason his business has reached the level of success it has.
